Each batch is submitted to an independent third-party laboratory for analytical testing prior to release. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided for transparency.

Only batches that meet internal purity standards are released.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) materials are generally stable when stored properly.

For long-term storage, keeping unopened lyophilized vials in a freezer may help maintain stability. For shorter-term storage, refrigeration in a cool, dry environment is typically sufficient.

• Allowed to reach room temperature before opening to prevent condensation

Storage conditions after delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Proper storage conditions must be maintained after delivery. D&H Peps cannot verify storage conditions once products have been received, and is not responsible for degradation resulting from improper handling or storage.

Shipping times vary based on carrier selection and location. Tracking information is provided once the order ships.

Shipping time refers to the carrier’s transit time after an order has been processed and shipped.

“2-day shipping” applies to business days only (Monday–Friday) and does not include weekends or carrier-recognized holidays.

Orders must first complete processing before shipment. Processing times are separate from transit time.

An order placed on Friday with 2-day shipping will typically arrive the following Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on carrier schedules.
